Lanner Parish Council Planning Committee – Minutes of a meeting held on Tuesday 9 May 2019 in Lanner Village Hall.

PL19/61: To consider written requests for dispensation.

PL19/62: To accept minutes of the last planning meeting.
Minutes of the meeting held on 11 April 2019 were approved and duly signed by the Chairman.

• Circulation of information re: harm – circulated and noted.
• Referral to CC – enforcement – Council invited clerks to attend a meeting with members of MVRG and Planning Officers. The agenda for this meeting will be prepared in advance.

PL19/64: To note the following Pre-Applications:
• Greenfield TR16 6JR – Mr & Mrs Nesbitt
Mr Nesbitt gave a brief outline of amended plans to the pre-application. Council indicated that based on the information provided there appeared no reason for any objection to be made. A full application would be received following formal submission.

Proposal: Alterations to existing ancillary building including replacement of mono pitch roof with dual pitch, new first floor balcony and changes to external finishes. Retention of first floor living ancillary accommodation to main dwelling.

Resolved: Council object to this proposal as it is considered a piecemeal conversion, however, Council may look more sympathetically at a complete plan for alterations to the property and courtyard.
