Following discussions with the planning officer and Council members the Clerk has asked that application PA10/01451 be referred to the planning committee for a decision.

The Parish Council has no objection to this application in principle. However it notes that no mention is made in the application that the roof will be raised by 1.5m which may have an adverse effect on the neighbouring property.

PL10/039:Correspondence
The Parish Council noted an objection from a parishioner re the proposed driveway at Cresta, Chapel Hill. The Parish Council had supported this application at the meeting held on 18 August.
Cllr. Wood has responded to the owner of West Carvannel regarding car boot sales. He has invited her to attend a future meeting to discuss this if she so wishes.
Jon Drew the new Enforcement Group Leader is to be invited to attend a planning committee meeting on November 9 to discuss enforcement.
Notice of the West sub-area planning committee meeting to be held on 28 September in Penzance. No applications in Lanner for consideration.
