The Parish Council supports this application on the condition that this forms the principle means of access to this property and that the visibility splays are kept clear of vegetation to maintain sight lines.

The Parish Council objects to this application. 

·        This building is an overbearing structure, completely out of character with surrounding structures. 

·        It is far bigger than the shed it replaces – twice as high and on a much larger footprint.

·        The Parish Council is concerned that permitting retention of this building will set a precedent.

·        Should Cornwall Council be minded to grant permission the Parish Council requests a condition that it cannot be used as residential accommodation.
