One Vision School Community Survey

We have been asked to send out the survey link below to all members of our school community who have a stake in the future of children and young people in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly:

One Vision sets the foundation for which we will shape the future integration of health, education and social care services for children, young people and their families in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. It’s an ambitious plan but by bringing together all of the people and services that work with and support children and young people so we can break down the barriers that distract us from achieving our principle for each and every child and young person to be safe, healthy and have equal chances in accessing all available opportunities to achieve brighter futures.

The deadline for this survey is the 6 July 2017.

Paper copies are available if needed, please contact Mel Williams for any necessary format.

If you have not had a chance as yet to find out about One Vision visit:

Follow us on Children’s Trust Cornwall Twitter page @CornwallCT  #CIoSOneVision

We will be going across the County following the survey results with the first priorities until the end of September; so if you have any ideas, groups of children , young people that want to be involved please let us know.
